As your buyer broker, I will work with you and your mortgage banker to establish your price range and your financial qualifications for a mortgage, as well as your search criteria such as size, neighborhood, amenities, building type and ownership form, and ensure that you are aware of properties that meet your criteria. During the search process, I will set up an interactive online folio for you, where you can review properties that meet your criteria with photos, floor plans, building information and property details, where available.

Provide sound financial guidance.

With more than a decade of experience in corporate finance preceding my real estate career, I have the expertise to guide you through all of the financial complexities of purchasing a home in New York City. Once you decide to bid, I will show you comparable sold properties, as well as current and relevant market data to ensure you make an educated decision. I will assist you in formulating your offer, will represent you in negotiations, and will guide you in assembling the correct financial documentation required by condo and coop Boards.
